RSC Meeting Date: 08/02/2026 Addict Submitting:  Billy W Role of Addict Submitting: Report My report is: GPR Co-Chair Report 8/2/26 Billy W Co-Chair This last cycle Chair and Cochair worked closely with Unity Subcom and PR/PhoneLine/Policy, attending both mtgs. PR will start the process of merging PL into the PR subcom this cycle. We all discussed what that would look like and how this will affect policy. They will see how this can develop over time and adjust with what works. Strategic Planning GPR- We met twice online and have extended the invites to all of the Regional body for participation. We will continue to keep this informal until we develop further a structure, eventually handing this off to Fellowship Development (FD) Subcom. We reviewed responses from the survey we put out last Region, but we got very few responses. We decided to extend the deadline another cycle (2 months) with a flier push, which is included with this report. We ask everyone to please get the word out. By next Region we will have two Project Plans (Work Group/Ad Hoc/Task Force) to propose to the RCMs for action.
