IT Subcommittee Chair Report:
Hi Family!

First, I want to say thank you to Brett as Treasurer who helped to identify the reason for the problems with the WiFi box and who acted quickly to resolve it. It had turned out that the debit card that had been used to pay for the WiFi subscription box had expired in May 2026 which is why the service stopped working. Brett as Treasurer took it upon himself to resolve the issue by purchasing a new WiFi box, as this was easier than identifying the original account holder of the initial WiFi box and updating payment. Now, moving forward, the new WiFi box is registered under the Pure & Simple Domain.

Secondly, thank you in advance to the homegroups who reviewed and voted on the I.T. Policy. Typically, this would be generated and reviewed by the subcommittee without submitting for review to Area but because I am a committee of one, I felt it important to have a second set of eyes on it – in this case, many!
