ASC Treasurer Report:
Full financial accounting for the prior month is attached. The ending balance minus prudent reserve ($1,331.25) is $1,770.22. There is no regional donation this month. We did not make a regional donation last month per vote of area body at last month’s meeting.

Our Google Workspace monthly expense has increased to $86.19 from $74.20. I set up a new mobile hotspot account with AT+T. The monthly charge for AT+T Internet Air is $55.46. These changes will be reflected beginning with next month’s report.

It Works if You Work It group’s donation is a $20.00 donation through Give Butter from July 12. Trust the Process group’s donation is a $20.00 donation from June 14, a $35.00 donation from July 12, a $14.00 donation from August 9, all through Give Butter, and last month’s $11.00 donation. These donations were just processed last month. All group donations should be up to date.

As a reminder, only one envelope with the total funds recorded on the outside of the envelope along with your name, your group name, and the date. Please use the most up to date literature form, marked Revised Dec 2025.
Include your literature form in the envelope, totaled, with your name and your group name as well. We will have literature forms at the treasurer table if you need one, and we will put one in your returned envelopes.

PLEASE NOTE…if submitting donations or literature payments online through Give Butter, please include the group name, donation amount and/or literature amount in the memo to help allocate the funds correctly.
