I apologize for my absence last month, I did familiarize myself with the minutes and motions submitted last month.
A question has been raised about why the motion was sent back to groups because it is involving the ASC executive body not the groups itself. I will address this in old business when it comes up.

I wanted to send a heads up that I will not in attendance at next month’s area (November) due to a vacation.
